Terms of Use

Digital Artwork Licence

Effective July 18, 2026

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you visit ARTWALL or purchase and use our downloadable digital artwork.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use and Digital Artwork Licence govern your access to getartwall.com and your purchase and use of digital artwork from ARTWALL.

By accessing the website or purchasing an artwork, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase an artwork.

2. Digital Products

ARTWALL sells downloadable digital artwork designed for use as desktop, tablet, and mobile-device wallpapers. No physical product will be shipped.

Product descriptions, previews, dimensions, formats, and included files will be shown on the relevant product page. Display colours and cropping may vary depending on your device, screen, operating system, and display settings.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. ARTWALL does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Order Acceptance and Delivery

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the purchase confirmation is issued. We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical problems, or unauthorized payment activity.

Purchased files will normally be made available through an immediate download page or secure download link. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and saving your purchased files after delivery.

If you do not receive access to your files, contact us at support@getartwall.com.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because ARTWALL products are digital files that can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the download has been made available, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Please contact us if you experience any of the following:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The purchased files are corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You did not receive access to the purchased files.
  • The delivered product is materially different from its description.
  • The purchase was made through unauthorized payment activity.

We may first attempt to replace, repair, or restore access to the files. Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Personal-Use Licence

After successful payment, ARTWALL grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

  • Use the artwork as wallpaper on devices personally owned or controlled by you.
  • Resize or crop the artwork as reasonably necessary to fit your personal devices.
  • Keep reasonable backup copies solely for your own continued use.

The licence is granted to the individual purchaser only. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright, authorship, trademark rights, or ownership of the artwork.

7. Prohibited Uses

Except where expressly permitted by law or by a separate written licence from ARTWALL, you must not:

  • Share, distribute, lend, sublicense, or transfer the files.
  • Resell the artwork, whether unchanged, edited, cropped, recoloured, bundled, or incorporated into another digital product.
  • Upload the files to wallpaper websites, marketplaces, social-media download pages, cloud-sharing folders, or file-sharing services.
  • Use the artwork in products, advertising, branding, client work, templates, applications, websites, or other commercial projects.
  • Print and sell the artwork or use it on merchandise intended for sale or distribution.
  • Remove or obscure copyright, ownership, or rights-management information included with the files.
  • Use the artwork to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.
  • Claim authorship or register the artwork, or a substantially similar version, as your own intellectual property.

Contact ARTWALL before purchase if you require commercial, organizational, client, broadcast, or extended usage rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The ARTWALL website, artwork, previews, product names, graphics, text, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to ARTWALL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right is granted except the limited personal-use licence expressly described in these Terms. Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in termination of the licence and other available remedies.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, download protection, access controls, or security measures.
  • Interfere with the website, servers, networks, or another user’s access.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically download website content without written permission.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful automated traffic.

10. Third-Party Services

ARTWALL relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, payments, domain management, email routing, and secure file delivery. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep ARTWALL available and accurate, but the website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, modified, or unavailable because of maintenance, security events, provider outages, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every file will display identically on every device or that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ARTWALL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or digital products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, ARTWALL’s aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

ARTWALL may suspend website access, disable download links, or terminate a licence where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, infringement, security abuse, chargeback misuse, or a material breach of these Terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes may be brought before the courts of Alberta. These Terms do not require you to waive a right to bring a dispute before a court where that right cannot legally be waived.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already granted for a completed purchase unless required by law.
